The only truly effective conclusion of people from such an addiction may be an attempt to gradually occupy them with something else, which can entice them no less – but will carry no less sense and interest.
Physiological
Finally, the most bad habits are those that cause attachment and negative effects at the physiological level. The most common here, of course, is alcoholism. This is an incredibly dangerous and destructive habit, from the consequences of which, according to statistics, approximately every third person dies. It carries a huge number of negative social aspects, which are very sad, and also gradually destroys the body.
Even more dangerous (in most cases) can be addiction. The same essence, other substances. Addiction is usually generated almost instantly, and quitting taking drugs does not come out in any way.
